Every St. Simon parent and staff member is a part of the PFO. The PFO Board leads this organization. Our goal is to foster a sense of community amongst parents and staff by hosting events, facilitating committees and organizing volunteers, and to help enhance the already excellent experience at St. Simon for students, staff, and families.

The Teacher Appreciation Week Committee will plan and coordinate special events for the teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week in the spring. The PFO provides the budget for this week.

Donuts with Dads / Muffins with Moms Committees will plan, coordinate and staff these two events.

The Teacher Luncheons Committee helps to organize and coordinate a special meal for the staff each month.

'Twas the Week Before Christmas plans the special events for the staff in the 7 days leading up to Christmas Break. In years past, these events/treats have included: beverage cart, gift wrapping, chili lunch, scavenger hunt, hot chocolate bar, and much more!

The Outreach Committee will work with the PFO Board and school administration to research and plan guest speaker experiences for both the student body and parents.

Help plan, decorate, and/or chaperone the middle school Halloween Dance (grades 6-8).
