Faculty and Staff Information

All St. Simon teachers can be reimbursed up to $375 each for classroom supplies and/or curriculum enhancements. Simply complete the reimbursement form (linked above) and attach your receipts.  

You have until May 1, 2027, to submit your form and receipts for stipend purchases.  

St. Simon teachers can apply for Curriculum Enhancement Grants thru December 31, 2026. To apply, please complete the form linked below. The goal of these grants is to help fund larger projects that answer key curriculum questions and best fulfill the educational mission of the school for the 2026-27 school year.

The review team (PFO Board in consultation with school administrators) will accept and review applications on a rolling, first-come, first-serve basis. You may expect to receive notification of a decision and/or request for more information within 30 days of submission date.

Note the application process will close prior to the 12/31 deadline if all budgeted grant funds are allocated prior to that date. If approved, you must purchase and request reimbursement for your approved grant materials by April 1, 2027.

Some examples of past teacher grants include:

-  Music instruments

-Math supplies for students to practice with engaging games and activities such as decks of playing cards, 6- and 10-sided dice, and math fact cards  

-   Secret Stories, a science-based program that is a fun way to teach students how to form their letter sounds. The program works on mouth muscle memory to help them learn the letter sounds. 

- Incubators for hatching chick project
