Faculty and Staff Check Request

All St. Simon teachers can purchase up to $300 worth of supplies and/or curriculum enhancements.  Simply complete a reimbursement form (above) and attach your receipts.  

You have until April 7, 2025, to submit your form and receipts.  

St. Simon teachers can apply for Curriculum Enhancement Grants. The goal of these grants is to fund projects that answer key questions and best fulfill the education mission of St. Simon School.  The funds used to support these grants are those remaining in the Curriculum Enhancement fund.  

Some examples of past teacher grants include:

-  Math supplies for students to practice with engaging games and activities such as decks of playing cards, 6- and 10-sided dice, and math fact cards  

-   Secret Stories is a science-based program that is a fun way to teach students how to form their letter sounds. The program works on mouth muscle memory to help them learn the letter sounds. 

- Blank books for Author's Night

- Incubators for hatching chick project
